For heavy to heaviest fabrics and materials such as: coated carpets, Axminster carpets, plastic materials, transport rubber, artificial turf, fleece, glass fibre, tire cord, filter materials, etc.
The broad seams (appr. 50mm) of the Ultra-Super are strong and tear resistant. The Ultra-Super copes with many sewing tasks which are not possible for standard sewing machines.
Single thread butt-end seam
As long as the eyed needle is inside the fabric the forward motion of the machine nearly stops. This special feature significantly reduces needle deflection. As a result, stiff and hard fabrics and materials can be sewn.
Option: two sewing speeds (50% and 100%).
